Guidelines for Technical Support and Partnership Proposals

To help us address your inquiry as quickly and efficiently as possible, please review the following guidelines before sending your message. Since screenres.app is a technical resource utilized by web developers, software quality assurance testers, and display technology enthusiasts, we prioritize high-quality communication that helps us improve the site.

1. Submitting Bug Reports & Hardware Incompatibilities

Our client-side detection engine is designed to interface with standard browser APIs to read resolution and device parameters. However, differences in display drivers, OS scaling layouts, or experimental mobile web views can occasionally yield unexpected values. If you are reporting a bug or a mismatched resolution reading, please provide the exact browser version, operating system, physical device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, Dell XPS 15), and active scaling settings. This helps us replicate the environments and push updates to our codebase.

2. Partnerships, Content Citations, & Research Permissions

We welcome collaborations with tech publications, hardware manufacturers, and academic researchers. If you are writing a paper or guide on display metrics (PPI, DPI, Device Pixel Ratios) and want to reference our tools or data tables, you are free to do so under standard web citations.

For custom partnerships, guest editorial requests, or commercial inquiries, please use the contact form to outline your project scope. Please note that we do not sell user data, accept paid link placements, or display intrusive banner ads that degrade user experience.
